Goabroad OÜ illustration

Goabroad OÜ is an Estonian private limited company that signs and holds recruitment agreements
with partner institutions across Europe and beyond. Recruitment happens in Bangladesh,
Nepal and India — where we have our own counsellors, not sub-agents.

We connect institutions with the students they need.

One accountable EU entity. Staff who are employed, not commissioned — recruiting where the students actually are.

Leadership

The person responsible for your partnership.

Goabroad OÜ is founder-led. Babrik Kushwaha sits on the Management Board and is personally accountable for institution partnerships — not a sales team, not an account manager.

Founder & Management Board Member

Babrik founded Goabroad OÜ and sits on its Management Board. He built the company's presence across Bangladesh, Nepal and India — where we have our own counsellors on the ground, not sub-agents. His background spans Nepal, China and Europe (France & Germany), giving him direct experience of what it takes to move a student from application to arrival. He is the accountable contact for all institution partnerships.

Where We Recruit

Three markets. Own staff in each. Depth over breadth.

We recruit from Bangladesh, Nepal and India — the three markets where we have offices or in-market counsellors, feeder school relationships, and a proven visa-outcome track record.

Bangladesh

Our largest and longest-standing market. The Dhaka office leads counselling, document review and application management for Bangladeshi students.

  • Office in Dhaka since founding
  • Largest student pipeline
  • Established feeder school relationships
  • Full application-to-visa support
Established Nepal flag

Nepal

Active recruitment teams on the ground in Nepal, with relationships across schools and colleges in the Kathmandu Valley and Terai regions.

  • In-market counsellors
  • Kathmandu office in development
  • Strong visa-outcome track record
  • Direct school partnerships
Growth India flag

India

Growing presence in India with in-market recruitment staff focused on students seeking European higher education pathways.

We place students into accredited institutions across Europe — each candidate screened in-market and supported through to enrolment. Our footprint grows with every intake.

Open to representation agreements with accredited institutions across the EU & UK. One counterparty, EU contracting, VAT EE102646375.

Group infrastructure

We're building the testing infrastructure, not just recruiting into it.

Access to secure English and admissions testing is the bottleneck in our source markets. Rather than route students around it, we're building purpose-designed test-delivery capacity ourselves.

Planned

Kathmandu & New Delhi

We're prepared to invest in equivalent facilities in our two other source markets — giving examination boards and partner institutions a single operator across the region, built to one standard.

For partner institutions, the practical effect is simple: fewer students stalled waiting for a test date, and test evidence produced under conditions we can account for.
